How to disconnect Instagram, delete your ReplyMagic account, and request deletion of service data tied to your account.
Three ways to delete your data.
Open ReplyMagic on iOS or Android. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirms instantly and removes Instagram connection, saved context, and reply history.
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We acknowledge within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.
Scope of deletion.
Deleted immediately: account profile, saved post context, generated reply history, agent voice settings, Instagram integration tokens, push notification tokens, and any device IDs tied to the account.
Disconnected from Instagram: deletion revokes our Instagram Graph API access token so ReplyMagic can no longer read comments, post replies, or fetch posts on your behalf.
Retained only as required: minimum billing records (Stripe transaction IDs, invoice numbers) for tax and accounting law, anonymized security logs, and backups that expire through normal rotation within 90 days.

Request deletion by email.
Send the following to [email protected] from the email address on your account:
Subject: Delete my ReplyMagic data Hi, Please delete all data associated with my ReplyMagic account. Account email: <your email> Instagram handle (optional): @<handle> Thank you.
We confirm receipt within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, in line with the GDPR and CCPA. You will receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete.
