For education & course programs

Enrollment week without a full-time DM team.

ReplyMagic answers the prerequisite, cohort-timing, certification, and refund questions every program gets — using the details you set per program post — and routes serious applicants to your team.

Why education programs are different

Every cohort is its own product.

Spring cohort starts in two weeks. Fall cohort is on the waitlist. The certification track has different prerequisites than the audit pass. A keyword bot can't tell those apart. ReplyMagic stores program context per post — so the answer always matches the program in question.

  • ✓ Per-program: dates, format, prerequisites, certification, price
  • ✓ Per-post: which cohort this promo refers to
  • ✓ Refund and policy questions routed to your team
  • ✓ Multi-language auto-detect for global cohorts
  • ✓ Voice profile aligned with your program brand
  • ✓ Real applicants flagged with conversation summaries
Common questions ReplyMagic handles

Six questions every cohort launch generates.

EDU:01 — Enrollment
🗓

Enrollment dates & deadlines.

Set per-cohort start, registration close, and waitlist rules. ReplyMagic answers “is enrollment still open?” with the actual current state — not a stale auto-reply from last cohort.

EDU:02 — Prerequisites

Prerequisite questions.

“Is this for beginners?” “Do I need to know X first?” Set the actual prerequisites per program. Saves you from refunding people who shouldn't have enrolled.

EDU:03 — Cohort timing

Cohort timing & format.

Live calls vs. self-paced, weekly time commitment, replay availability, time zone of live sessions. Answered concretely — the questions that always make or break enrollment.

EDU:04 — Certification

Certification & accreditation.

Be honest about what your program does and doesn't include — letter of completion vs. accredited certificate. ReplyMagic reads from your context, so it never overstates the credential.

EDU:05 — Refund policy

Refund & guarantee policy.

Set the policy plainly. Refund disputes — “I didn't see results,” “my card was charged wrong” — escalate to you with the conversation context already summarized.

EDU:06 — Pricing
$

Pricing, payment plans, scholarships.

Tuition, payment plans, partial scholarships, regional pricing if you offer it — set per program. ReplyMagic answers without forcing every prospect into a sales call first.

A real scenario

Cohort opens enrollment. Spring promo hits.

You launched the spring cohort Monday morning. By Tuesday night you have 340 inquiries across DMs and comments. Ninety-eight ask if it's still open. Seventy-two ask if it fits beginners. Fifty-three want payment plan info. Forty ask if the certificate is accredited. The remaining 77 are a mix of time-zone questions, replay availability, and refund policy.

ReplyMagic answers all of them from your spring-cohort context — enrollment closes April 18, beginners welcome (with caveats you set), 3-pay plan, “letter of completion, not accredited,” live calls Tuesdays 6pm ET with replays. Eighteen serious applicants asking about scholarships or 1:1 mentorship get flagged for your team.

You walk into Wednesday with 18 hot leads — instead of 340 cold messages.

FAQ

Education-program questions.

How is this different from the /solutions/coaches page? +
Same product, framed differently. The coaches page is about role: you're a 1:1 coach or solo educator running launches. This page is about the industry: course creators and online education programs at any scale, including teams, cohort-based courses, and edu-tech operations. Both pages describe the same ReplyMagic.
Does ReplyMagic integrate with Teachable / Kajabi / Thinkific? +
Today we don't write to course platforms directly — we live on Instagram comments and DMs. Most education programs use ReplyMagic to answer enrollment and pre-purchase questions, then send buyers to their existing checkout/onboarding flow. Direct integrations are on the roadmap.
What about technical support questions from existing students? +
Set student-support topics (login issues, missing module, replay missing) as refer-to-you so the bot acknowledges and routes them to your support inbox. ReplyMagic isn't a replacement for a help desk — it's an Instagram-front-door tool.
Can the bot accurately answer accreditation questions? +
Only if you set the answer accurately. Be specific in your context: “Letter of completion,” “Continuing-education credits via [body],” “Not an accredited certification.” The bot mirrors what you set — it doesn't invent credentials.
We run multiple programs simultaneously. Does each get its own context? +
Yes. Per-post context means each program post carries its own enrollment dates, prerequisites, and details. Posts about Program A won't accidentally answer with Program B's pricing.

Run enrollment weeks, not enrollment chaos.
