Stop guessing what your comments are doing.

Every account has a full analytics dashboard — comment volume, reply timeline, response time, top fans, hourly distribution, question ratio. 7d / 30d / 90d / all-time, in your timezone.

What you get

Six metrics that actually shape what you post next.

Most engagement dashboards give you reach and impressions. We give you the things that change how you write captions, schedule posts, and tune the AI.

Comment volume

Daily comment counts across every post. See which days your feed lit up, and which posts pulled the long tail of questions a week later.

Reply timeline

How many replies ReplyMagic actually sent each day, against how many comments came in. Your live coverage rate, not a vanity number.

Response time

Average seconds from comment-arrives to reply-sent, including queue time. Compare across posts to see which ones need tighter rules.

Top fans

Frequent commenters ranked by count, last-active, and first-seen. Spot loyal followers and the people you should DM personally.

Hourly distribution

When your audience actually comments — in your timezone. Plan posts around the hours where engagement is genuinely highest.

Question ratio

What % of comments are actual questions vs. emoji or compliments. High question ratio = high reply value. Low ratio = a vibe post.

How creators use it

Three questions analytics actually answers.

"Which posts attract real questions?"

Sort posts by question ratio. The ones with the highest ratio are your highest-leverage opportunities for context tuning — write tighter per-post context for those, and the AI's reply quality jumps.

"When should I post?"

Look at hourly distribution in your timezone. The hour your audience comments most is roughly the hour they're most engaged — post 30 minutes earlier and your launch reels catch the wave.

"Are replies actually getting out?"

Coverage rate. If it drops below ~85%, something is bottlenecking — usually too many comments are routing to your approval queue. Loosen rules on the safe categories and watch coverage recover.

FAQ

Common questions about analytics.

What time windows are available? +
7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 365 days, and all-time. Every chart respects the window selector. Buckets are computed in your local timezone (auto-detected, overridable).
Are analytics per-account? +
Yes. If you run multiple Instagram accounts, each one has its own analytics view. Switch accounts from the dashboard header — context, voice, and analytics all switch together. No bleed.
What counts as 'coverage'? +
Coverage = comments where ReplyMagic generated a reply (sent or queued) divided by total comments in the window. We exclude spam-gated comments from the denominator so the number reflects what you'd actually want answered.
Can I export the data? +
Not yet via UI — but the data sits in our API and we'll cut a CSV export on request. If you need a custom dashboard for an agency or analytics team, talk to us.
