Feature · Multi-account

Run twenty brands. From one dashboard.

Per-account voice. Per-account context. Per-account analytics. Per-account guardrails. Nothing bleeds between brands. Built for creators with side projects, agencies running clients, and operators with portfolios.

What's isolated

Six things stay strictly per-account.

Multi-account isn't a label slapped on a single shared model — every brand has its own configuration top to bottom. The only thing that's shared is the login and the billing seat.

Per-account voice

Founder voice on Brand A, playful pet-POV on Brand B. Each profile lives independently — no leakage, no cross-contamination.

Strict isolation
I:02

Per-account context

Each Instagram account has its own per-post context library. Your retail brand's price list never appears on your coaching brand's replies.

Per-brand truth

Per-account analytics

Comment volume, coverage, response time, top fans — all separate dashboards. Compare brands side by side or drill into one at a time.

Independent metrics

Per-account quota

Each extra account adds 3,000 replies/mo to your pooled quota at $15/mo. Burn it on the brand that needs it — quota pools across accounts.

Pooled, fair

Per-account guardrails

Hard don'ts and refer-to-you topics are configured per brand. A medical wellness brand has different safety lines than a fashion creator.

Account switcher

One dropdown in the dashboard header. Switch accounts and the entire app state — voice, posts, analytics, queue — switches with you.

Who this is for

Three patterns we see every week.

The portfolio creator

One face, three brands — main account, side project, niche second channel. Each one needs its own voice and context, but the same person manages them all. ReplyMagic keeps the brands separate without making you log in three times.

The boutique agency

Five to fifteen client accounts. Each client has different products, different rules, different brand safety. The agency owner needs to QA replies across all of them without their voices leaking into each other. The pooled quota means a quiet client subsidises a launch-week client.

The multi-brand operator

An e-commerce group running three storefronts under one roof. Same team, different aesthetics. Multi-account isolation means your high-end brand never sounds like your value brand, ever.

FAQ

Common multi-account questions.

How does pricing work for multiple accounts? +
Pro is $29/mo for the first Instagram account (3,000 replies/mo). Each additional account is $15/mo and adds another 3,000 replies/mo to your shared monthly pool. So three accounts = $59/mo total, with 9,000 pooled replies.
Can my agency manage clients with this? +
Yes. Most agencies run 5–15 client accounts under one ReplyMagic login. Each client gets full isolation. If you're running 4+ accounts and want bundled pricing or white-label options, write [email protected] — that's the Agency plan conversation.
What about team access — can multiple people log in? +
Today, a ReplyMagic account is single-login. Multi-seat team access (with role-based permissions for owner / approver / read-only) is on the roadmap. For now, agencies typically share a login for the manager and use the live feed for client visibility.
Can I move a brand off ReplyMagic without losing data? +
Yes. You can disconnect any Instagram account from your dashboard at any time. Voice profile, context library, and reply history can be exported on request. We don't lock data in.

One login. Every brand.
