Connect Instagram
Sign in with Instagram via the official Meta OAuth flow. No password sharing, no scraping, no tokens in spreadsheets. Connection is reversible at any time.
ReplyMagic isn't a chatbot you wire up. It's a context engine you onboard once. Plan for 10–15 minutes the first time. After that, it runs in the background and you check in once a day.
None of these are filler. Skip the voice samples and the AI sounds generic. Skip the guardrails and edge cases auto-send. Skip the review pass and you trust output you haven't seen. The recipe is in the order.

ReplyMagic pulls in your last batch of posts and Reels. Older posts can be backfilled on demand — most accounts start with the most recent 50 and grow from there.
For each post you want covered, write 1–3 sentences: what's in it, the price, the link, anything you want repeated. ReplyMagic also auto-analyses each Reel and photo to fill the rest.
Drop in 5–10 of your real past replies. The AI learns your tone, emoji habits, sentence length, and signature phrases. The single highest-leverage onboarding step.
Pick a persona, choose an industry preset, set hard don'ts (refunds, medical claims, pricing speculation), and mark refer-to-you topics that should always route to you.
Run in review-mode to start. Approve or edit each draft. Edits become future voice samples. Most accounts feel confident flipping auto-send on after the first 30–50 approvals.
Auto-send turns on for the safe categories. The activity log keeps every reply visible. The live feed shows comments arriving in real time. You check in once a day instead of typing 400 replies.
1. Comment lands. Meta's webhook delivers it to ReplyMagic within a couple of seconds.
2. Spam + policy gates. Bot patterns, duplicate questions, and refer-to-you topics get routed before the AI ever runs.
3. Cache check. If a near-identical question has already been answered, the cached reply is reused (re-personalised to the new commenter).
4. Context stitch. The AI pulls per-post context, the media analysis output, your voice profile, and the commenter's language.
5. Draft. A reply is generated. Confidence is scored.
6. Route. Auto-send if the rules say so. Queue if not. Skip if the confidence is too low or a guardrail fired.
7. Send. Approved replies go through Meta's official send API at human pacing. Logged with full provenance.
