How to disconnect Instagram, delete your ReplyMagic account, and request deletion of service data connected to your account.
Three steps to full deletion.
In the ReplyMagic app, open Settings → Connected accounts and disconnect any Instagram account you no longer want ReplyMagic to access.
Open Settings → Account and select Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account.
We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days unless a legal retention rule applies.
Scope of deletion.
We delete account settings, saved post context, generated reply history, and integration tokens tied to the account.
We retain only what we are required to keep for billing records, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or security logs. Backups expire through normal rotation.
